We expect as much of those who serve us as is demanded of ourselves, assessing our suppliers against rigorous quality standards. Our local offices and companies, closely attuned to local needs, are the basis of effective customer partnerships.

With wholesalers our relations are particularly close. Our involvement is just as important to specifiers and contractors. We emphasise quality in customer information and work with DIALux and Relux to make technical performance information available for operation on customer computers.

Among other partnerships our work in the formation and harmonisation of European and International Standards has been, and continues to be, substantial. This gives us first hand knowledge of the most up-to-date information and techniques that will be used to influence our next generation of products. We’re also members of many national and regional lighting trade associations, including "Lighting Urban Community International" (LUCI).

This attitude continues into environmental integrity – from energy efficient product introductions to product life cycle analysis and materials and waste management initiative. Our aim in these activities is straightforward. It is to use our qualities to the full.
